Here’s your parent update for Grand March and Safe Grad. Here’s what we’ve covered in this update for you:
Ticket sales info.

DATES TO REMEMBER…
Grand March: 3:00, Saturday, June 6, out at Wembley arena. (grads need to be there early, more details to come).
Safe Grad: 9:30, Saturday, June 13, first bus leaves at 9:30 to our safe grad location. (details in your waivers)
Fundraising update:
Fill Your Freezer is ending tonight at 11 pm. Participation in this fundraiser was pretty low, so I thank the few parents who did make effort. We may have to do another fundraiser, so if anyone is willing to take this on, please reach out.
Shaken & Stirred raised $7280.
As of right now, we have had corporate and private gifts in kind and donations come in. If you know of a company or would like to personally sponsor any item over $500 we are recognizing these businesses on a sponsorship board outside the entry of Grand March and in the programs.
****as of right now, we may need to do another fundraising event. We will have a better picture after our ticket sales evening (tough planning when we don’t know numbers, but we are trying, lol.

What do you need to bring?
Cash or debit.
Waivers (to be signed ahead of time). PRINT, READ AND SIGN THE WAIVER
****NOTE: FOR SAFE GRAD…if your grad is bringing a guest, or more (up to 4 friends), they will also need their own forms signed by parents (if under 18) and their parent needs to accompany them to ticket sales night.
Grand March tickets are $15 each. On April 15, each family can purchase up to 6 tickets each. You can purchase extra tickets April 25 (we just need to make sure everyone gets tickets as our venue holds up to 1000 people)
Safe Grad tickets: $50 student. If your grad is over 18 they can bring in their waivers and payment on their own, guests too. Any grad or guest under the age of 18 must have a guardian or parent present when handing in the forms. SAVE AND PRINT THE FORMS HERE.
We still have many spots open for volunteering (we can only run these events with all of the parents stepping up) for Safe Grad and Grand March.
