Deadlines for purchasing tickets
GRAND MARCH: May 26. ($15/ticket)
SAFE GRAD: June 1. ($50/ticket)
Important items to still note:
You can still buy tickets for Safe Grad and Grand March. At Redline Engraving, Monday to Fridays, 9 am to 2 pm. After these hours, please contact Shawna Christian and she will help you. Text only: 780-830-6162
Please print your Waivers, (for SAFE GRAD), have your grad read them and bring them unsigned to Redline Engraving (Shawna Bradford) or Shawna Christian after hours.
Also bring a PHOTOCOPY of your grad’s and guest(s) ID. License or Passport will work. (for SAFE GRAD)

Event dates:
Grand March: 3:00, Saturday, June 6, in the Multi-purpose room (East side of Fluid Pro Arena). Parking attendants will guide you when you arrive.
Safe Grad: Saturday, June 13, first bus leaves at 9:30 (be there 9:00-9:15 to check in) to our safe grad location. ***please leave your phones, wallets, cameras, money at home.

We still need volunteers that don’t have grads for the Grand March! If you are a grade 11 parent or student that can help, please sign up. We’d really appreciate the help!

GRAND MARCH INFORMATION
The information on the location for the Grand March has changed. Grads will be dropped off at the Fluid Pro arena and directed to a room that they will hang out in till they come out on the stage. The Grande March is now being held in the Multipurpose room, (East side of Fluid Pro arena), not the arena. Please follow the parking attendants lead when pulling into the arena parking lot – Thank you!
BUY FLOWERS FOR YOUR GRAD!
We are selling roses for the grads at the Grand March! $5.00 for a single rose and $15 for 3 roses. Bring cash and buy your grad some flowers 😊
Can you help out with any of these items for SAFE GRAD??? (please text Kellie 780-814-9663 if you can)
2 cases of bottled water (from Costco)
4 tables for games (beer pong)
2 canopies (just in case it rains)
IMPORTANT: On the day of our Grand March we have graduates and their escorts/friends heading to the St. Joe’s event (it starts at 6:30).
Here is our plan:
Our photographer will be ready at 1:00 for you to come and take photos early (this is only for the grads/escorts attending both events). The rest of our grads and families will have lots of time AFTER our Grand March.😊
Grads/escorts attending both events will be walking the stage in the beginning. Please wait until our 10 min. intermission to head out. ****It is your responsibility to let St. Joe’s parents know you may be running late for their event.
Out of respect for all the families and friends attending, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE RIGHT AFTER YOUR GRAD WALKS THE STAGE AND RUSH TO THE ST. JOE’S EVENT. We will take a 10-minute break after your grad/escort have walked to allow those families to depart and for our remaining grads to have their time to walk the stage and enjoy the venue and photo sessions after the event with their friends and families.
Roses are available at the Grand March!
